Join The Neurodiverse Clinic – OT, Speech and AHA Jobs
We support autistic and neurodivergent children, teens, and adults with complex needs, including developmental delay, motor coordination challenges, and high support communication needs. Our work is guided by neuroscience, developmental science, and NAC-established interventions for autistic and neurodivergent people.
How we are different
Work in a neuroscience-led, neuroaffirming clinic
At The Neurodiverse Clinic, you are not handed a heavy caseload and left to manage alone. We do not use KPIs or pressure practitioners to chase unrealistic billable targets. Our director, who is autistic herself, understands how important it is to work in a way that fits your body, your rhythm, and your life. We support all staff to build a roster that respects the needs of clients while also respecting their own energy, family commitments, and neurodiverse needs. When practitioners can work in a way that aligns with their natural patterns, they show up for clients with more clarity, connection, and genuine care. We want you to thrive, not burn out.

-
OT, Speech, and Specialist Behaviour working together in one team
-
Strong focus on neurodevelopment, motor coordination, communication, and regulation
-
NAC-established interventions, not random games or busy work
-
Clear links between brain, body, behaviour, and environment
-
Regular supervision, case discussions, and joint sessions
-
Small caseloads that allow you to think, plan, and track progress

We reframe “behaviours” through a developmental lens and teach at the person’s age and stage, using their autistic profile, strengths, and learning style. Our team has supported clients to move from non-verbal to spoken communication, grow functional communication using AAC, and reduce behaviours of concern and repetitive motor or vocal patterns through meaningful, evidence-based supports. You will not just be attending weekly sessions, or left running the same games each week without progress. You will be supported to design therapy plans that work, feel good for families, and bring you pride in your practice.
